With every new customer using ARL or RFID a specific maintenance contract is concluded, which defines in what manner and scope will the support services be carried out. Further it states claim terms, periods of defect removal, warranty conditions and conditions of post-warranty service. An important part of the contract is stating the manner of customer-company communication.
